Voter Registration - School Voting

Registration for all new students to the district takes place in the District Office located at 241 Wyngate Drive, No. Massapequa. To register for kindergarten, children must be five years of age on or before December 1, 2010 in order to register for the 2010-2011 school year.

At the time of registration, parents or legal guardians must present the child's original birth certificate, proof of Plainedge School District residency and proof of immunizations.

All enrolling children must receive immunization for: (3) doses DPT, (3) doses POLIO, (3) doses HIB, (3) doses HEPATITIS, (2) doses MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and (1) dose VARICELLA (Chicken Pox).

Registration takes place by appointment between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on any day that the school district is open. Any questions, please call 992-7420 Student Registration.
